Sign up now, and we’ll send you a toolkit that goes into detail about how you can support undocumented students and our local campaigns to create spaces of resilience and expand local policies that will protect undocumented students and their families.

On this day, institutions will celebrate undocumented students and proudly proclaim their commitment to education, NOT deportation. It’s also a day that we pledge to create practices that will combat racism and criminalization of undocumented communities, increase resources, and adopt institutional policies that will protect undocumented students and their families from detention and deportation.

With the rescinding of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) by the Trump administration, the mass deportation continues to grow. Undocumented students and DACA recipients of all ages now live in a constant state of fear, about the possibility of detention and deportation, being separated from their families and losing their jobs. The realities of racism and criminalization have become plainly visible in everyday life. The deportation system that criminalizes immigrant students also makes it nearly impossible for undocumented students to reach their full academic potential.

Educational institutions must rise to defend their students in this crucial moment by adopting policies to protect undocumented immigrants on their campus., Our schools and community centers must take action and continue to bridge gaps in educational access -- we are under attack!
