The Supreme Court will hear the case on November 12, 2019 and decide on the future of DACA in January-June 2020. A final decision on DACA from the Supreme Court could come at the latest by June 2020. Stay tuned for the next steps on how to take action ahead of the Supreme Court hearings.

In 2018, our communities mobilized to elect a new Congress that rejects Trump’s mass deportation agenda. In the House, those members voted to pass the Dream and Promise Act. However, we know that Republicans will not pass permanent protections without using immigrant youth as bargaining chips for more enforcement that would hurt our families and communities.
